PRICING
All prices displayed on this website are calculated in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Prices exclude any expenses of personal nature, meals not mentioned in the itinerary, gratuity, travel insurance, cost of obtaining passport or visas, etc.
Children 12 years of age or above at time of travel will be charged adult rates. Child rates may apply for children younger than 12 and proof of age is required at the time of booking and can only apply when a child is accompanied by two paying adults. Child rates vary by airline and venue, provided they share the same room with two adults with no extra bed offered. Otherwise, the full adult fare applies.
holidaynow.ca is owned and operated by CPTrip Service Inc. located in the province of Ontario, Canada.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
- Book your ideal tour package by selecting a departure date;
- Provide legal guest names matching I.Ds. or passports, and your contact information;
- Read carefully Booking Terms and Conditions;
- Wait for email vouchers with actual confirmations from hotels and attractions. You’re then all set;
- In case of sold-out by the destination, we will notify you immediately with a full refund. You are encouraged to choose another departure date, or other tour packages.
CANCELLATION TERMS
For tour products and holiday packages within Canada:
- More than 7 days prior to departure: full refund
- On 7th day or less prior to departure: 100% charges
For tour products and holiday packages outside of Canada:
- More than 30 days prior to departure: full refund
- 16-30 days prior to departure: 50% charges
- 0-15 days prior to departure: 100% charges
Cancellation charges also apply to additional pre or post accommodations and to any add-on tour products. No-shows will be charged 100%.
Important: Should the cancellation terms for your chosen package/vacation product vary from what is listed above, you will be notified upon booking with the particular cancellation policy indicated in the product description section.
holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or amend any itinerary in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control or if the quality of the trip or the safety of travellers is judged to be compromised. In such a case, refund of payments received by holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. shall constitute full settlement.
holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. is not responsible for any other travel arrangement affected due to our cancellations. Where amendments beyond our control require us to add or amend a service(s) resulting in an increased cost, a surcharge may be payable by you for the additional or amended service(s).
holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. cannot assume responsibility for any loss incurred on account of non-refundable air tickets or other means of transportation.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Credit Cards
Should you or an authorized person disclose your credit card number and expiry date for the purpose of making a reservation, you are indicating your compliance with our booking Terms & Conditions, and therefore agree to pay the amount debited to your card, regardless of whether an authorized signature has been obtained or not.
Travel Protection
We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation/interruption insurance and emergency medical coverage. Please consult your preferred insurance company prior to travelling. We will also be pleased to provide you a rate for insurance for your specific tour upon request. However, please note that by purchasing our tour products without sufficient emergency medical coverage, you agree not to hold holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. responsible for any costs incurred should an emergency medical situation arise. Further, should you opt not to purchase cancellation/interruption insurance and it becomes necessary for you to cancel your trip, the above cancellation terms are stringent and we will not make exceptions to them. Revision Fees
If you would like to change any details of your booking after it has been confirmed, we will do our best to accommodate you. Changes to a booking are subject to a $100 administration fee, per change. Changes to a tour involving rail or air are subject to higher change fees and may not be permissible once confirmed. Changes to the date of the tour or changing to a different tour are subject to full applicable cancellation charges.
Responsibility
holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. will not assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of personal injury, accidents or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, or delay, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, especially if such loss results from any of the following: the act of omission of any party other than holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. or its employees. Your failure to follow instructions including but not limited to airport departure times, baggage handling, and check-in and check-out times. Cancellation or change for any reason in the travel services offered. We reserve the right to cancel or change the travel services at our discretion, but we will try to substitute comparable services. If we must completely cancel your reservation, and in any event, holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc.'s liability will be limited to a refund equal to the total original purchase price of the vacation package. A full refund, however, will not be honoured in situations where your reservation must be cancelled by holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. for reasons which are beyond its control and where holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc.'s contractual obligations with its suppliers does not allow it to obtain reimbursement of the sums paid to on behalf of the customer. Written notice or any claim against holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after your trip.
WEBSITE ACCURACY
holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information contained herein and to the best of its knowledge all information is accurate at the time of publication. We attempt to ensure that the prices in the website is accurate, however errors do occur and we reserve the right to refuse to accept bookings at any price published in error.
In addition, holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. reserves the right to change the itinerary when necessary for reasons beyond our control and provided the travel facilities or other services are of at least the same standard or value.
DOCUMENTATION
You are responsible for obtaining and paying for all visas and entry documents, for meeting all health and other requirements, and for any documents required by the laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries you will visit and for your return home. Canadian citizens can contact Government of Canada at travel.gc.ca, in obtaining this information. Citizens of other countries should check with the relative Consular Office of the destination which they are intending to visit. Visa and entry documents must be obtained independently prior to departure. holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. assumes no responsibility whatsoever for passenger(s) denied carriage by the airline or refused entry into any country.
holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. strongly recommends that you carry a valid passport when travelling outside of your home country. Please note that most countries now require that your passport be valid for up to six months after the completion of your travel in order to be accepted by them as a valid travel document. holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. cannot accept liability for any passenger refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure of the passenger to carry correct documentation.
Some ground operator in foreign countries require holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. to collect and pass on certain personal and other details related to you, including but not limited to government-issued identification and passport details in order to confirm your transportation or accommodation. If you fail to supply the details as requested fully and accurately, your trip may be interrupted or cancelled. There are no refunds for failure to provide documentation or failure to provide documentation by the time required.
HEALTH
By making a payment toward your trip purchase and completing traveler information form, you certify that you do not have any physical condition or disability that would create a hazard for you or other travelers and you have received all appropriate vaccinations. Please consult travel clinic or your doctor.
Traveler requiring special assistance due to physical condition must bring up to the attention of holidaynow.ca / CPtrip Service Inc. in writing at the time of booking.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We make sure that all travel arrangements we have agreed to make, perform or provide, as applicable, as part of our contract with you are made, performed or provided with reasonable skill and care. Your purchase of travel services and holiday packages provided by holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. is based on travelers agreeing to this Limitation of Liability.
Travelers must accept each and all terms and conditions herein and assume full responsibility for any loss, injury, death or damage to them, their family or their dependents arising in connection with their participation in the trips. Travelers must have their own insurance appropriate to their needs and the needs of their family or dependents in respect of such loss, injury, death or damage. On your behalf, holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. arranges with suppliers to provide you the travel services you have purchased. We use our best efforts in selecting these companies with respect to their performance and reliability. However, we have no direct or indirect control over these suppliers and therefore holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. cannot be held responsible for injury, loss or damage whether mental, emotional or physical howsoever sustained, resulting from any error, omission or negligence of any company or person, agent, employee or sub-contractor supplying any of the services, flights, transfers, tours or accommodation provided as part of your trip. holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. as the tour operator and/or its agents do not assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expense arising out of personal injury or death, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, illness, distress or frustration whether physical, emotional or mental, resulting from any of the following:
(i) Any negligent act or omission by the airlines, transportation companies, coach tour operators, car rental organizations, hotel/resort properties or other suppliers or their personnel or any company or person not under our direct control.
(ii) Government actions, political issues, weather, equipment failure, labor disputes, sickness, theft or any other cause beyond our direct control.
(iii) Failure of the passenger to obtain the necessary documentation or meet the required health regulations in order to complete their travel arrangements.
(iv) Failure of the passenger to arrive at the airport by specific airline Check-in Deadlines on the day of departure whether due to missed connections, adverse weather conditions, mechanical failures or any other reason whatsoever.
(v) The need for us to change itineraries or substitute accommodation or services, provided that every effort is made to supply the most comparable services and accommodations available.
(vi) Cancellation of trip arrangements made by holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc., provide all monies paid by travelers are fully refunded back to travelers.
(vii) While every effort has been undertaken to ensure accuracy, photographs, artist rendering and written descriptions in our website or any of our publications are representational only and are not a guarantee that everything will be exactly same as at the destinations.
INDEMNIFICATION
Travellers agree to indemnify and save harmless holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. against any liability, actions (including legal fees), claims, losses, costs and damages, which holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. may incur, sustain or pay arising out of or in connection with the passenger’s negligent or intentional act or omission, in relation to any incident alleged to have occurred in destination and/or in relation to services provided by holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc.
ACT OF GOD/FORCE MAJEURE
holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. and/or its agents, act only as agent for travellers in all matters pertaining to the trips. We shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities. holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. shall be excused, discharged or released from its performance to the extent such performance is so limited or prevented, without liability of any kind.
Travellers agree that holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. is the trustee of the respective rights under this Limitation of Liability, which will apply to a traveler’s trips with holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc., and any transfer of a reservation to another trip, including any deviations or extensions. This Limitation of Liability is binding upon all members of the traveler’s family, dependents, estate, heirs, successors and legal personal representatives. Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this Limitation of Liability or its interpretation, the trip, or the traveler’s relationship with holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada, in which the particular office of holidaynow.ca / CPTrip Service Inc. is located and with which traveler had contracted their trip and will be governed exclusively by laws of that province of Canada.
