• The room type at Sheraton Fallsview in this product is the “Interior View” room, previously called “traditional” room category. It is not with fallsview.
• Formerly Sheraton-on-the-Falls, now with the new name of Sheraton Fallsview.
• This is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any of the guestrooms or public areas of the hotel.

Cancellation policy for this booking

• 5 days prior to the arrival date: no charge;
• 0 to 4 days prior to arrival date: 100% charge;
• No-show or early departure: 100% charge.

Vouchers to the attractions and hotel will be emailed to you with the actual confirmation numbers from these suppliers after your booking is fulfilled. In the event of any sold-out situation, you will be informed electronically with a full refund.
